

To achieve this, CHANGELAND's management:
- Has adopted and continues to improve a Quality and Environmental Management System (S.D.P.P) in accordance with International Standard ISO 9001:2008 and 14001:2004, and implements it to the entire company and all activities that impact quality of products / services and customer satisfaction.
- Reviews and continuously improves the characteristics of products / services, where feasible, and the effectiveness of its processes and thus the entire S.D.P.P.
- Sets measurable objectives for quality at the corporate level, functional departments and / or processes as well as products / services provided by itself and the franchisees. These objectives are established and evaluated in the Review of S.D.P.P the Top Management of the company.
- Invests in continuous training of its staff, partners and franchisees in order to promote the quality and the environment in every activity.
- Monitors, measures and evaluates the critical parameters and processes to ensure the quality of both proprietary and franchisee Saltcaves.
- Plans objectives and processes for achieving results in accordance with the organization's environmental policy, operates these processes, monitors and measures these processes comparing them against the environmental policy, objectives and targets but also the legal and other requirements
- Finally, takes actions that are designed to continually improve its environmental management system according to ISO 14001:2004 standard.
